Objective: As a Fractional CMO, my objective was to train and develop the leadership capabilities in the marketing department of the EdTech company.
Strategy: Transform talent via personalized sessions and workshops that touched on a 50/50 balance of technical and soft skill training.
Results: In 10 personalized sessions over 3 months, the marketing manager was promoted to Marketing Director & Partner. In the following 3 months, we focused on growing the team to 2 full time hires, solidifying the departmental structure and processes, and improving marketing effectiveness through creative brainstorms.
